Career Exploration and Optimization (CEO) Program

The Career Exploration and Optimization (CEO) Program prepares learners to take control of their careers. Through completion of assessments and assignments, participants are able understand and articulate interests, strengths, values and personal leadership qualities. Learners also conduct research on specific career paths in order to evaluate personal fit and interest. They also participate in facilitated events designed to increase social capital and expand their professional network.
