Gies Professional Pathway Foundations: Live!

Gies Professional Pathway builds into a learner's coursework the core competencies employers value most. It is an all-access pass that will give learners a competitive advantage throughout their career. We’ve designed GPP’s integrated framework to align, connect, and teach career readiness and professional development skills. Learners will understand how to translate what they’ve learned in the classroom into the language of employers.

We embed professional and career development into our core curricula in a cohesive way so that every learner has equal opportunity to secure the most sought-after internship and jobs. Learners develop communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and other essential skills through their coursework.

Gies Professional Pathway Foundations Live! is a series of in-person career workshops that engage learners in their career journeys as they develop the Gies Professional Pathway competencies that will set them up for career-long success and prepare them to become competitive candidates in the job market. This program builds upon the skills learners acquired in the Gies Professional Pathway Foundations Pre-Arrival Course.
