Growth Group Facilitators (GGFs) complement our full-class sessions by leading and teaching 20-minute small-group meetings with 10-20 students. These “Growth Groups” provide a personalized, interactive opportunity for discussing course concepts and exchanging mutual support.
GGFs:
- Lead three consecutive Growth Groups of BUS 401 students for 20 minutes each (totaling 80 minutes, including breaks)
- Track student success (attendance, grades, reminders)
- Complete course grading
- Attend and help organize course events

Required
This badge certifies that the student has successfully completed at least one semester as a Growth Group Facilitator and a 16-week, three-part skills-based competency assessment.
The assessment is designed to help students enhance and expand their Gies Professional Pathway skills.
